Ms. Arthur - HS School Counselor

Morgan Arthur is entering her tenth year in education. This is her ninth year with the Tindley Accelerated Schools Network. Ms. Arthur has taught 9th grade Honors Composition and 10th grade Honors English. However, her favorite role by far has been Advisor for Tindley’s Senior Capstone Program, a position for which she was honored with the Tindley Torchbearer Teacher of the Year Award in 2018 and as a Teacher of the Year Finalist by the Mayor’s Office of Education Innovation in 2020. She has cherished the privilege to work with Tindley seniors as they design and implement innovative and inspiring projects within our surrounding communities. In 2019, Ms. Arthur took on the role of Early College Counselor, pursuing her passion for assisting scholars in their transitions to higher education. She is excited to expand the college mission to all scholars in grades 7-12 this year as she continues in the role of School Counselor full-time.
