Meet Mr. Kilbride

Eric Kilbride is the founder and managing partner of Block by Block Consulting, a firm providing positive youth development training, technical assistance and capacity-building for domestic and international non-profit and government contracting organizations.  Eric also co-hosts the Eliminate the Gap Podcast, which highlights great development work from around the world. Eric has worked in more than 25 countries implementing these strategies in various local contexts.  Eric has devoted most of his adult life to the ideal that all young people deserve the necessary supports and access to meaningful opportunities to reach their full potential. Eric holds a Masters Degree in Media and Public Affairs from The George Washington University and a Bachelors Degree from Indiana University in Advertising.
