Meet Dr. Aguilera

Dr. Marc Aguilera is commencing his second year at Tindley. He is a distinguished author and educator, with numerous published and presented research articles in the fields of education, business, and global leadership. Dr. Aguilera has Spanish ancestry on his father’s side, with family roots in Mallorca, a Spanish island located off the coast of Spain. He spent his summers growing up in both France and Spain, which greatly influenced his multicultural perspective.

In addition to his academic career, Dr. Aguilera is the founder and CEO of Global Leadership Consulting Services, where he offers his expertise as a freelance consultant.

Dr. Aguilera holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from La Sorbonne University Alliance, a multi-campus university system across Europe. He also earned a Master’s Degree (MBA) in Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis and a Doctorate in Education Leadership.
