Meet Mr. Thomas

David Thomas, a Filipino-American hailing from Manila, Philippines, embarked on an enriching journey that led him to become a dedicated advocate for education and communication. Graduating from Wabash College in 2019 with a major in Art and a minor in Political Science, David distinguished himself as a scholar, earning the prestigious Paul J. Husting Award for excellence in art.

During his time at Wabash College, David served as a writing center consultant, where he focused his efforts on assisting international students in honing their English language skills and fostering their academic success. This experience ignited his passion for empowering students to communicate confidently in English, laying the foundation for his future endeavors.

Moving to America in 2005, David settled in Pascagoula, Mississippi, before relocating to Indiana to pursue his college education. After graduating, he ventured into the professional world, immersing himself in shipping, logistics, and sales roles at companies such as Spot Freight, First Call Logistics, and Angie's List.

Beyond his professional pursuits, David finds immense fulfillment in his role as a father to two children, a daughter, and a son. Inspired by his own educational journey and driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, he continues to devote his time and energy to empowering students and fostering a culture of confidence and proficiency in English communication. David Thomas stands as a beacon of dedication, embodying the ethos of lifelong learning and service to others.
