Meet Mr. Evans

Montgomery Evans is his name. He serves as a husband, a father, a teacher, and a coach. Montgomery teaches 7th and 8th-grade social studies and coaches high school basketball at CATAS.

Hailing from Indianapolis, Indiana, he is a proud graduate of IPFW, with the class of 2017, and Indianapolis Cathedral High School, with the class of 2013.

Before becoming a part of CATAS, Montgomery worked as a Substitute Teacher, a 1 v 1 Autistic Spectrum Disorder Behavioral Specialist, an Elementary School Behavioral Specialist, and an In School Interventionist.

During his leisure time, he takes pleasure in spending quality moments with his family, engaging in physical activities, and following various sports. Montgomery's heart belongs to the Pacers and the Colts, as they are his favorite teams.
